Pre-order forms open approximately one week before each scheduled pick-up date. Dates will be announced on our website and Instagram. We recommend ordering early, as batches are limited and often sell out quickly. Orders are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Orders are placed through our website during open pre-order periods via our order form. Please allow up to 24 hours for order confirmation. Once payment has been received, your order will be confirmed and secured.

Please arrive within your selected pickup window. If you’re running late, send us a message on Instagram as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee freshness outside of the scheduled pickup time.

Best enjoyed fresh on the day of purchase. If storing, keep in an airtight container to maintain softness and freshness. To bring back that just-baked warmth, reheat in an air fryer at 160°C for 4–5 minutes.

For filled buns, store in an airtight container to prevent the bread from drying out. Best results after being refrigerated. Reheat in an air fryer at 150°C for 3–4 minutes.

Tiramisu - Yes, our tiramisu contains raw egg. Please keep it refrigerated at all times. It is prepared the night before to ensure freshness and should be consumed within 2–3 days.

Pancakes - Keep pancakes refrigerated if not eating immediately. They are best enjoyed fresh on the same day for the softest texture.

We accept bank transfer and cash payments are accepted at pickup.

For bank transfer payments, customers may be asked to provide proof of payment. Orders are only secured once payment has been verified by Something Baked.
