Orders & Payments
All orders are placed through our website and are subject to review and acceptance. Due to the nature of our small-batch production, all pre-orders are final once the order cut-off time has passed.We accept bank transfer and cash payments. Order details and payment instructions will be provided once your order has been accepted.
For bank transfer payments, customers may be asked to provide proof of payment. Orders are only secured once payment has been verified by Something Baked.
Pre-orders & Availability
Pre-orders typically open one week before set pickup dates and may sell out quickly. We may close orders early once capacity has been reached.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Limited Batches
Our products are made in limited batches each day to ensure freshness and quality. Items are available on a first come, first served basis, and we recommend placing orders early to avoid disappointment once we sell out.Pickup
Pickup details, including location and time, are provided in your order confirmation. Customers must collect orders during their selected pickup window. We are unable to guarantee freshness outside of this time.On pickup day, simply send us a message on instagram when you arrive and we'll bring your order straight out to you.
Late Pickup
If you are running late, please contact us via Instagram as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee product quality or availability outside the scheduled pickup time.Cancellations & Changes
Order changes may be possible depending on availability and how orders are progressing but cannot be guaranteed once items are sold out.Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date and will receive a full refund. After this time, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.
Delays, Emergencies & Order Changes
As all products are freshly baked in small batches, occasional delays may occur due to baking, preparation, personal emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances to ensure the best possible quality.This may include events such as illness, equipment failure, power outages, or supplier delays.
If this occurs, customers will be notified as soon as possible using the contact details provided with their order. In cases where we are unable to fulfil an order, a full refund will be issued.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prioritise freshness and quality in every batch.
Product Variation & Care
All products are handmade, and slight variations in shape, size, colour, or appearance may occur. These variations are not considered faults.Our products are best enjoyed fresh or within a few hours of pickup. Storage and reheating instructions are provided with each item and should be followed to maintain quality..
Liability
Once orders are collected, customers are fully responsible for storage, transport, and handling. We are not liable for any damage or spoilage after pick-up.
